Mitragyna Speciosa, or popularly known as Kratom in most parts of the world, is a tree from the Rubiaceae family which was first documented by Pieter Korthals. The tree is native to the tropical rainforests of Thailand and Indonesia and typically grows to be about 30 feet tall, and 15 feet wide. Kratom thrives in wet, humus-rich areas, and it requires a mineral rich soil for a healthy tree to grow. It’s dark colored leaves grow to be quite large, with up to 7 inches long and 4 inches wide. The leaves fall or grow depending on the season. Often found in a number of countries in Southeast Asia, specifically in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, the Mitragyna Speciosa tree grows leaves that are according to research, “abundantly rich in therapeutic and soothing properties,” therefore considered to be one of the most sacred herbs of that region. In Southeast Asia, Mitragyna Speciosa powder and leaves have been used in ceremonies, rituals and folk medicine for centuries and have in only the recent years made its way to the Western World. PLEASE NOTE: Not every batch and drying method will prove effective; if you receive a batch you do not like, you will not always be entitled to a refund/reship. Kratom has different effect from person to person often, we want all customers to be happy but we will not always be able to offer a reship. Despite all this, a number of countries as well as United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) strictly prohibit internal use of Kratom. It is important to note that even though it is legal to buy, the internal use of Kratom and extracts has not been proven safe, and it is to be completely avoided until US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classifies it as safe.

IF YOUR SHIPMENT SAYS "DELIVERED" TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE ON USPS BUT YOU CLAIM YOU DID NOT RECEIVE, A CASE WILL BE OPENED WITH USPS; IF THEY STATE TRACKING SHOWS IT DELIVERED TO YOUR MAILBOX, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. 

Yes, there is absolutely no referencing to Kratom and all product is packaged and heat sealed, shipped in USPS official packaging. 

Overnight delivery, per USPS, can be 24 to 48 hours. For most addresses delivery is 24 hours, however depending on your location proximity to a main USPS hub, may take up to 48 hours. We do not guarantee 24 hour delivery. Please note, all overnight orders must be placed by 12pm EST to ensure same day processing. 

Yes, all orders paid by 1PM EST Monday  - Friday will ship same day guaranteed. Overnight orders must be placed by 12pm EST everyday.  We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

Upon placing an order during normal shipping hours (listed on our Contact Us page) you will receive an email with payment options (cc/debit or ”Cash app” app) within 30 minutes to an hour. Once payment is made you will receive payment confirmation and a tracking number to the email address provided at the time of processing. Please note: if ordering after normal business hours, response time may be longer.
